The role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our award-winning team. Bringing a passion for what you do, you will play a key role in enabling FrankieOne’s growth by maintaining clear and accurate product documentation, supporting the migration from API v1 to API v2, and driving delivery across our KYC initiatives. Working closely with product, engineering, and external customers, you will ensure requirements are well captured, documented, and delivered to a high standard.
Your ticket to success:
- Lead the way. As a senior you play a significant role in leading the BA discipline across Frankie, proactively supporting practice development. You lead and support the migration from v1 to v2 APIs, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers. You assist other members of the team, peer-reviewing their work and supporting their development by sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Passion for the customer. You facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to capture business and technical requirements. You maintain internal and external documentation, with a focus on APIs, developer integration guides, and customer-facing resources.
- Collaborate. You partner with product managers and engineers to design and deliver KYC features and workflows. You support change management activities, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and impacts are managed effectively.
- Quality Focused. You contribute to quality assurance by validating delivered features against requirements and ensuring customer value is achieved.
- Technical Lens. You translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts for delivery teams.

Previous experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in business or technical analysis, ideally within financial services, fintech, SaaS, or RegTech.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and solutioning API-driven integrations. Proven track record of delivering complex migration or transformation projects.
- Experience in KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or compliance highly desirable.
- Skilled in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience supporting cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical domains.
- Experience producing and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation.
- Exposure to software development or QA processes is an advantage.
