How to Refer

1. Check our careers pag
   Explore our current job openings here.

2. Submit the referral form
   Complete this form to submit your referral. Provide the profile of someone you think would thrive at FrankieOne. This could be a professional colleague, friend, or acquaintance. If they seem like a great match for our role and align with our culture, mission and values, we want to hear about them. If there is a suitable position, encourage your referral to apply and mention you as their referrer. If no current role fits, we’ll keep their profile in our Talent Pool for future openings.

3. Track the recruitment process
   Keep in touch with your referral as they navigate our recruitment stages. If they secure a position they will need to complete a 6-month probation period before you can claim your reward.

4. Claim your reward
   After your referral successfully completes their 6-month probation, you’ll receive a $500 AUD e-voucher as a thank you from us. Reach out to Marcus at marcus.dykes@frankieone.com to claim your voucher.

The Fine Print

• Voucher amount $500 AUD for both full-time and part-time positions.

• This program is open to everyone outside our company.

Evaluation and Selection

All referred candidates will go through our standard recruitment process, which includes resume screening, interviews, case studies, and assessments. Selection will be based on qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

If your referral is hired and completes 6 months, you will receive a referral voucher. If you know your candidate has been with us for over 6 months, please contact Marcus at marcus.dykes@frankieone.com

Program changes

FrankieOne reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance. This referral program is eligible for referrals submitted from 13 June 2024 onwards.
