- Drive product development from discovery through delivery with strong process discipline
- Establish and embed product best practices, including customer discovery, PRDs, OKRs, validation loops, feedback tracking, and agile delivery cadence
- Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to align on priorities and execution
- Maintain a balance between technical fluency and commercial awareness to ensure what we build is feasible, scalable, and valuable
- Ensure data-driven decision making and performance tracking across the product lifecycle
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, including with customers, partners, and the board
- Partner with the CEO and exec team to shape longer term product vision and strategic bets
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in product roles, including experience as a Head of Product, VP, or equivalent in a high growth SaaS or platform environment
- Proven experience managing and growing PMs, ideally in regulated industries (fintech, crypto, identity, fraud, or compliance)
- Strong product process mindset, with a focus on structure, clarity, and pace
- Comfortable being hands-on and stepping into product specs, customer calls, or delivery meetings
- Experience with API-first platforms or B2B2C models is highly desirable
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across disciplines and balance competing priorities
- Technical fluency, with the ability to work closely with engineering and understand how products are built
- Commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact business outcomes
- Located in Australia (or willing to relocate), and able to work closely with teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and occasionally overseas
