In this role, you will lead a team of Indonesian based engineers.

Experience & Technical Skills:
- 10+ years frontend engineering (React, JS frameworks) and 5+ years SaaS/AWS experience
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies (HTML5, ES6, CSS3/Sass, TypeScript, React, Redux, npm) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript for BFF)
- Frontend architecture experience including SPA/PWA, microfrontends, multitenancy, SSO/RBAC, analytics, feature flags, CDPs, notifications, and AI integrations
- SDK development expertise (Web SDK Embedded/Hosted, Native SDK optional) with DevX focus
- AWS architecture experience using well-architected principles, 12-factor apps, and cloud patterns
- API design/implementation (REST, GraphQL, gRPC optional)
- Database experience (Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB) and AWS services (S3, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, ECS/EKS)

Development Practices:
- Development environment/CICD management using GitHub Actions, Terraform
- Testing expertise (unit, integration, UAT) using JS frameworks, Storybook, Postman, Playwright
- Security practices (OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST, HTTPS, mTLS/TLS, WAF/CDN)
- Production readiness focus including feature flags, monitoring, alerts, and analytics
- Environment management (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) and troubleshooting using AWS tools

Leadership & Management:
- 3+ years managing/coaching engineering teams/squads
- 2+ years commercial management (budgets, vendor selection, contractor management)
- Experience balancing pre/post-sales activities, stakeholder management
- Process improvement and data-informed decision making
- Excellent communication skills and experience with global teams
- Experience with ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR compliance in SaaS environments
