FrankieOne is on the lookout for an exceptional Account Executive to accelerate growth within our mid-market segment. As an integral member of our rapidly expanding Commercial Team, you will own your accounts end-to-end, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver solutions that drive success with our award-winning platform. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively Identify and Engage Potential Customers: Use data insights, analyse market trends, and create actionable sales plans aligned with growth goals, demonstrating creativity and resilience in reaching new prospects.
- Master FrankieOne’s Solutions: Deliver tailored sales pitches that address customer pain points and provide feedback to inform the product roadmap. Your ability to adapt and tailor your approach will be key in winning new business.
- Build and Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, showing the tenacity to open doors and the strategic mindset to position FrankieOne as the go-to solution.
- Turn Challenges into Opportunities: Take complex challenges and turn them into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients, driving engagement and enthusiasm for our platform. Be prepared to work hands-on to get deals across the line.
- Own Your Client Relationships: Take full ownership, consistently exceed sales targets, and inspire through your dedication, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Drive Scalable Revenue Growth: Fine-tune strategies for high ROI, act with a sense of urgency, and be a passionate advocate for FrankieOne’s product, people, and values, embodying the drive to make things happen.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relentless Drive and Hunger for Success: A proactive approach to making things happen, with a passion for thriving in high-growth, less structured environments.
- Experience in Fast-Paced, High-Growth Settings: Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within FinTech or a similar dynamic environment. We value hands-on experience and the ability to navigate and succeed in uncharted territories.
- Strong Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to build trust and foster long-lasting client relationships, especially when working with challenger brands or in competitive markets.
- Strategic and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and a strategic mindset, demonstrating resilience and a resourceful approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Proven Track Record of Exceeding Sales Targets: A goal-focused and results-oriented mindset, with a history of exceeding personal sales targets through creativity, adaptability, and persistence
